Wedding Information
Moment in Time Photography strives to photograph not only the main events of the day, but to capture the emotions of the moment, and the small details that might otherwise be forgotten in years to come.
We usually arrive at the church an hour before the ceremony starts to take fun, and sometimes very touching, candid photographs of the wedding party.
During the ceremony, photographs are taken unobtrusively and discreetly.
After the ceremony group pictures are done, usually at the church. Special portraits of the bride and groom are taken at the church and, if weather and time permits, at an outdoor location of their choosing. Traditional, non traditional, and photo-journalistic style portraits are taken of the bride and groom throughout the day, but extra time is taken for special photographs after the ceremony and group pictures are finished.  When planning your special day, keep in mind to schedule time for these portraits, because they are keepsakes that will be treasured forever.
If the Wedding Selection that you choose includes coverage of the reception, we will arrive there at the same time as the wedding party. We will be at the reception until most or all of the major events are through (depending on the  number of hours in the selection that you have chosen). Traditional and candid photographs will be taken throughout the reception to capture the special moments of your evening.
